Designer Jasmin Isabel Eckerle and artist Marcel Singer both have a strong stance on individualism, and refusal to be pigeonholed and assimilated by the establishment. These core beliefs are very apparent in their label Garland Coo.
Continuing their aesthetic vision of their womenswear, their new menswear plays on the relationship of fashion and art.
Garland Coo’s poetic collection is a combination of skilful tailoring and sophisticated avant-garde patterns. The contrast between tradition and avant-garde is evident in the Interesting mixing of slim cut silhouettes with oversized capes and trousers, tough fabrics like shag, loden, heavy cotton, leather with batiste, linen and fine woollen fabrics.
