Since it inception in March 2008 Lviv Fashion Week has been showcasing the best designers in Easter Europe. New and established designers and fashion companies from Ukraine, Russia, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Latvia, Estonia, Armenia, and Lybia present their greatest collection in Lviv Ukraine. Lviv Fashion Week fall/winter 2010-2011 was held on May 20 to 23.

The official opening was started by the fashion exhibit called “FASHIONABLE COUNTRY” (MODNA KRAINA). It’s a fashion project which objective is to promote Ukrainian fashion photographers and show Ukraine potential to be one of the world fashion players.

Here’s Olesya Telizhenko menswear collection called Wild Space (Dykyi Prostir). She said that she wanted to show very a masculine collection because she’s tired of seeing “unisex” or effeminate clothes that has been dominating menswear lately

Here are some of the photos from “FASHIONABLE COUNTRY” (MODNA KRAINA). My favourite are the photos from STETSYKBOLDYRYEVA. I love how the two farmers and gym bunnies doing the photoshoot.

Here are some photos from other designers. During Lviv Fashion Week, collections of the following designers were presented: Maryana Gromysh, Alicja Czarniecka for the brand (Poland), Olesya Telizhenko, NASHE, Iryna Kovalenko, Iryna Sytyuk, Yujen fashion, Mykytuk&Yatsentyuk, Katarzyna Bies (Poland), Roksolana Bogutska, Ulyana Barabash, Alexandr Vasilyev, Ksenia Serbin, Liliya Litkovskaya.
