Balmain designer Olivier Rousteing summarized the influence of his spring summer 2014 menswear collection as “Serge Gainsbourg meets boy dancer”. He mixed rock’ n’ roll clothes with slip-on ballerina flats. He used light weight cashmere tweed, wool and cotton fabrics.
