Surf wear brand Olasul has partnered with master surfboard shaper Danny Hess to create limited edition handplanes – used to bodysurf. The teardrop shaped hand paddle, which come in a pair, are artfully sculpted using 100% green-certified and sustainably harvested wood. They are handcrafted and hand-stamped in Danny Hess' San Francisco workshop, featuring Olasul's classically simple wave logo and available in a darker fir or lighter poplar wood.

The set is priced at $100 and available on Olasul's site, as well as Tenet Ship in Southampton and Surf Lodge in Montauk.

In the words of Danny Hess, "I've occasionally had a bad time surfing, but I've never had a bad time body surfing."
