TOP ASIAN MALE MODELS

The luxury industry continues to bank their large amount of forces in attracting the coveted Asian markets. So it is great to see that there is an increase Asian models presence in fashion shows, editorials and campaigns. Also I heard to some bookers that there are getting a lot of request for Asian models.  There are still long way to go to see more diversity but this is heading to the right direction. So here are some of the top Asian male models right now:

DAE NA
Dae Na is a South Korea male model, who appeared in campaign such as Polaroid Eyewear S/S 2013, Donna Karan, Diesel, Benetton, and booking shows such Salvatore Ferragamo, Perry Ellis by Duckie Brown, Ermano Scervino, John Richmond, Frankie Morello, Moschino,and Calvin Klein to name the few.























DAISUKE UEDA
Japanese male model, who appeared in campaign such as Dior Homme, Dolce and Gabbana , Gap and Miharayasyhiro and booking highly coveted shows such as Louis Vuitton, Hermes, Bottega Veneta, Dolce and Gabbana,Missoni, Mugler, Paul Smith Cornelliani, Dries Van Noten, Diesel,Kenzo, Dirk Bikkimbergs,and John Galliano.




























HAO YUN XIANG
Chinese male model, who appeared in Dior Homme campaign and walked for top client such as Giorgio Armani, Dolce and Gabbana Mugler,Hermes, Calvin Klein, Etro, Moschino, Michael Bastian, Kenzo, 3.1 Philip Lim, Issey Miyake, and Missoni.






























JAE YOO

He is a South Korean male model who appeared in advertising for Tiffany, American Eagle, Max Mara.  He also walks on some amazing shows for Calvin Klein, Dolce and Gabbana, Bottega Veneta, Givenchy, Michael Bastian, John Galliano, Ermano Scervino, Kenzo, and Hugo Boss.






 
















PAOLO ROLDAN


Paolo Roldan is a Filipino/Canadian male model who got a Givenchy exclusive contract during Paris Fall 2010 fashion week.  He also appeared in their campaign for that season. Since then he walks for other top design houses like Giorgio Armani, Michael Bastian, Perry Ellis, 3.1 Philip Lim, Diesel, Frankie Morello, Ermano Scervino, and Dirk Bikkemberg.



























 

 



PHILIP HUANG

He is an American born model who probably one of the few Asian male model who constantly dominates every men’s show in every city. Clients like Gucci, Valentino, Giorgio Armani, Dolce and Gabbana, Jean Paul Gaultier, Versace, and Louis Vuitton and Lacoste like having him walks for their shows.  He appeared in advertising for Barney’s, Tommy Hilfinger, Lacoste, Boss Black, Kenzo and Gap.



























SATOSHI TODA

He is Japanese native model whose star is quickly rising. He got the very elusive Prada men exclusive for their spring-summer 2013 show. He also walks for other fashion labels like John Galliano, Tommy Hilfinger.


























SIMON THAM

Chinese/Canadian model who appeared in advertising in Tommy Hilfinger,Y3, Ralph Lauren Rugby and American Eagle.  He walks to shows for Bottega Veneta, Calvin Klein, and Rag & Bone.






















SUNG JIN PARK

Sung Jin Park is South Korean model.  He's one of the busiest male model during men's fall/winter 2014-2015 fashion week in three major fashion cities New York, Milan and Paris.  He has a great ability to transform from edgy to commercial that make able to book top clients like Hermes, Kenzo to Club Monaco.  He has also a slew of magazine editorial under his belt, Daze and Confused, Manifesto, Details, V Magazine and Vogue Homme.









































ZHAO LEI

Zhao Lei is Chinese male mode who got international recognition when he first appeared in Prada spring-summer 2010 campaign and its short film “First Spring” by director Yang Fudong. Since then, he appeared in a lot of advertising campaigns like Hugo Boss, Paul and Bear, and Diesel. He’s constantly walking for clients such  Giorgio Armani, Raf Simons, Vivienne Westwood, Dolce & Gabana, Ermenegildo Zegna, Kenzo, Missoni, Roberto Cavali, Neil Barett, Michael Kors, and Moschino.
